Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a Return/Exchange, and do I have to pay for it?
  1. You have a max of 14 days to make returns or to exchange size/item. You must send and postmark your packages within - 14 days purchase date. We will not accept any returns made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. For Returns: Returns are free, except discounted items there will be a $10 return fee.
  3. For Exchanges: Kindly place a new order and after you send back the shoe you want to exchange we will refund you the value of your order.
  4. Sign in to your FINTOES account.
  5. Find the order in My Orders; click the "Return" button.
  6. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
  7. Once you receive the return label in your inbox, print it and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
  8. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop it off at your nearest post office.
Can I still return/exchange items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
  1. You can only return unworn, undamaged items, have the original tags/packaging attached, and have the hygiene sticker intact.
  2. Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.

Sales / Discounted Prices

We accept returns on sale items too! There will be a $10 return fee that we will deducted from your refund.
