Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have before making a Return/Exchange, and do I have to pay for it?
- You have a max of 14 days to make returns or to exchange size/item. You must send and postmark your packages within - 14 days purchase date. We will not accept any returns made after 14 days from the date of purchase.
- For Returns: Returns are free, except discounted items there will be a $10 return fee.
- For Exchanges: Kindly place a new order and after you send back the shoe you want to exchange we will refund you the value of your order.
- Sign in to your FINTOES account.
- Find the order in My Orders; click the "Return" button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
- Once you receive the return label in your inbox, print it and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
- Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop it off at your nearest post office.
Can I still return/exchange items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
- You can only return unworn, undamaged items, have the original tags/packaging attached, and have the hygiene sticker intact.
- Items with non-returnable marks and gifts cannot be returned.
